1. Site control and public protection

Document launch and recovery zones, public separation, obstacles, access control, emergency landing options, communications and local authorization responsibilities.

2. Weather and postponement governance

Set measurable wind, rain, visibility and lightning thresholds. Assign decision ownership and define rehearsal, postponement, rescheduling and customer notification records.

3. Fleet, software and training readiness

Review aircraft count, spares, batteries, chargers, control links, show files, pilot qualifications, observer coverage, maintenance records and handover training.

4. Procurement and acceptance scope

Require the quote to state equipment, software, training, first-event support, spare parts, weather contingency, documentation and acceptance criteria as one delivery scope.
